My personal comment at this stage. At least Detective Sgt BRYSON was honest, he had a good sense of humour and his comment about PACE was spot on. Bryson proved after some initial doubts I had, to be very tenacious once aroused. A trait of the Irish. After experiencing the "block" once too often and being confronted with the following statement by myself his answer stunned me.

Sgt Bryson I said “I believe all this interference can only becoming from the Sgt in charge of the Fremantle C.I.B. CARTER. BRYSON replied, Terry it is coming from a far Superior Officer than that.”

It quickly followed that against advice from the said Superior OFFICER he was going to "punt his all" and take out a search warrant on one Michael ‘The NOSE’ GIOVINAZZO. The main suspect in many matters in reference to my troubles. Also one of the persons nominated to me by Canberra based ASIC investigators after they had followed the path of documents stolen from my house and ending up in Canberra via an ex W.A. Police fraud squad Detective’s now trading as a Solicitor also a very long time FRIEND of the Spiritual leader of the exceptionally BENT and his son.

Bravely he did. However The NOSE fled the state the day PRIOR to the execution of the said warrant. Smacks a bit of the old ‘O'KEEFE’, selling of the DRUG squad daily raid list… only difference is that O’KEEFE was investigated and gaoled.

As would only be expected BRYSON lost a bit of OOMPH after The NOSE had fled and his investigation faded away.
