So I did. I did take a friend to take the images for me.
The rest has been explained in this continuing dialogue, our vehicle was pursued by both BILLIS and THE NOSE. We were cut off in broad daylight, in South Perth by the said, CRIMINALS armed with at least a baseball bat. The bat was used on the vehicle. I made a report that I saw a pistol, my friend stated he did not see the Pistol.
What has not come to light before is that Colin "CIRCLES " PACE, Spiritual Leader of the W.A. POLICE FORCE then was summoned by BILLIS in his capacity as BILLIS’s advisor on Police matters. They decided as their group had before to attend at the court house/police station and take out a restraining order against me.
Now all is fair in love and war. Besides, I thought I will just get the Director of ASIC along with his sidekick, BERTRAM a former employee of CIRCLES the BENT one in the W.A. fraud squad, to attend at the hearing and clear up the simple matter of who sent who where and why. SIMPLE I WAS SILLY ENOUGH TO THINK.
I phoned BOBBY and explained my predicament re the restraining order. To my UTTER surprise he refused to attend on behalf of both of them.......Cutting to the quick I said a few words and stated I would subpoena them both. The phone went dead. I took out and served the subpoena. They arrived on time at the courthouse with a Solicitor. I arrived alone. Moral of the story, never give up your photographers name to villains with a severe bent towards violence who also enjoy the protection of the Spiritual Leader of the W.A. Bent COPS.
Rather than the two Cowardly ASIC warriors giving evidence on my behalf as I really thought they would. They had their BRIEF explaination to the Magistrate that they did not want to as the matter was ongoing. The Magistrate then relieved them from my subpoena and they both BOLTED out of there asap. Leaving me and the BILLIS/PACE crew to spin their lies.
They did not bank on me presenting a full pictorial scenario of what really happened. I won and was awarded costs and damages of $500.00.
I last saw Bobby in front of ASIC some months ago after he had named me as a witness against a well known PIMP around town. This was again wrong. In any event BOBBY half way through me explaining to him what a cowardly failure he is and having told him how ASIC in WA is thought of by a highly successful Melbourne QC, and I quote. I was at the time in a lift alone save for this QC and it was immediately after ASIC had been thoroughly THRASHED PATHETICALLY in their case against yes, you guessed it, ANTON BILLIS who was defended by this QC and six or seven of his mates including a Doctor in law. I said, Sir, I would like you to know who I consider the greatest threat to justice in our fair State of W.A, who is that he replied, your goodself I replied. His reply was, Terence, I must admit we love coming over here to do battle with your ASIC, we find it like shooting Ducks on a pond, they are pathetic. To my utter suprise Bobby took to his heels and I have not heard from him since.
During the raid on the South Perth Office by ten highly armed officers no less than 4 pistols were found in the safe. Earlier on before the raid BILLIS was also charged with bringing a TASER Gun into the town, found guilty of that one. No action was taken over the pistols.
Mr Bob BYRNE, Director of ASIC and coward, I call upon you to resign based totally on your many years of total and abject failure. St GEORGES Terrace, Perth WESTERN AUSTRALIA is still polluted with financial Felons and their numbers are actually growing. You as CEO to bring this fiasco of losses to an end must go. Terry says Bobby, just to let you know that we are well aware of the WEBSITE set up attacking you your family and others including some of us at ASIC and others. I have personally rung to assure you that we will do everything we can in our power to have it pulled down as we know you will be doing yourself. Within a few days he was successful. Only problem was he only had HIMSELF and BERTRAM his sidekick taken off the site. He pulled up then leaving me and mine to battle criminal defamation and threats by gutless wonder members of the Fat Wallet Mob led by such lowlifes as Dishonest Oliver Douglas, Anton BILLIS and supported/Greenlighted by CICLES PACE to continue on using False Names generating the filth from countries such as Croatia, the United States and others via false domain sites in Sydney and so on. I actually caught BILLIS sending an email to the work place of a female person. Spreading lies and criminal defamation to her employers. He did so from the South Perth Post office. I identified the time, place and had him identified by the employee who took the message for transmission. The employee knew him personally as he was in there on numerous occasions as his office was just up the road. A full and proper complaint was made to Fremantle police who, basically "Let it Pass" although it had been ongoing for month’s. Then again many many members of the Spiritual Leader of the Bent Cops served at that station and still do. On Monday I will identify the most Senior still serving BENT COP to have threatened me CAR to Car one might say. This took place some month’s ago on Riverside Drive in along Perth Foreshore/To date Inspector Roger BEER of Police Intelligence has refused to arrange for this and other information to be recorded by his underlings, why? you tell me. One reason could be that this member of the police crew is Senior to little Roger and was also a Senior Player in the CAPORN CAPERS road show.
