Hi Terry,

This is a new case that has been going on for a few months now. I can tell you a few things as the business man himself is going to call you.
His name is Rod Murchison, from Mucrhison Exports.

He knew nothing of Oliver's past dealings until I found it all on your website and Google but it was too late by then.
After putting a lot of money into Aussie Cash to 'save it', he also gave him a personal loan to 'save' his house and of course the manipulation of not letting his family be homeless etc etc...
After not paying the personal loan back in time and having every excuse under the sun not to pay it back he then went bankrupt for the 3rd/4th time.
Rod took him to court and Oliver just happened to not fill the paper work out properly very conveniently on his part, the judge has advised lawyers to lodge in a higher court so it seems that has been done,  now Rod is awaiting a new hearing, which is very soon I believe.

Now Oliver has done some work himself by hiding ALL money away.

Rod is overseas at the moment and I'm sure he will ring you on his return (not sure when that is) as he definitely would like a chat.

Apart from threats, weird txt's, emails etc I had to be sure Oliver wasn't going to find any way of knowing who was contacting you or even if he could find out.
